What material are the garments made of?
Our t-shirts are 100% cotton, hoodies and crewnecks are 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
What sizes do you carry and what type of cut are the shirts?
All our garments are straight cut. We have sizes from XS (runs small) to 2XL. You can see the exact measurements of each size in the photos of each product.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently offer international shipping coverage, including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Spain, Chile, Australia, India, France and Guatemala, through major courier companies such as FedEx, DHL and UPS.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $125 USD. Occasionally we have discount coupons or promotions that provide free shipping. Check out our current promotions on our social media.
I got the wrong size/product/color
If you have noticed that you made a mistake in your order and you have already paid for it, contact us through our social networks. If the product has not yet been made, we are still in time to make a change.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
Yes, we will only issue refunds that are requested before the order is processed.
No, we do not accept returns unless the product has arrived in poor condition or we made a mistake with the order. Returns are also not accepted for custom orders.
We are not responsible if a parcel service loses a package during shipping, but alternative solutions will be offered.
I want a custom order
If you want a custom order, you must contact us through any of our social networks. Please note that a custom order may take 7 to 14 days to be shipped, depending on our workload.
We have some templates that you can customize to your liking, just visit our custom section in the menu.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments by debit card, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express...), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
How long does it take to ship an order?
The shipping time shown in the shipping options refers only to
the time it takes the courier company to deliver your order. This is independent of the time it takes us to prepare and ship your order. Please note that on holidays the time may be longer. If you have questions about the exact date your order will be shipped, you can contact us through our social networks. However, generally, if you place your order before Monday, we will be shipping it on Saturday of that same week.
